Venue ~ Seawatch Restaurant/Wailea Golf Club ~ A+
We loved this place!  So beautiful!  I was nervous, having booked the place without ever seeing it in real life, only in pictures.  But it totally lived up to my hopes!  It looks just like the photos.  We used the Lower Knoll for the ceremony, and it was great.  At first I wanted the Molokini Lookout, but I wasn't crazy about having to transport everyone my shuttle up there (due to parking restrictions), plus it's more expensive.  But the Lower Knoll was great...I'm glad we went with that/  If you're worried about the road being too close.../don't be!  Yes, it is close, but I don't think even one car went by during out ceremony.  If it did, we sure didn't even notice!
We had the Lower Lawn for the reception, with one long table.  I loved the setup!  Just right for out group of 21 (although I think up to 50 would probably be fine there, too).  The food was absolutely outstanding!  Better than either of us expected....especially the beef.  Our service was great, the food came out promptly, and everything was handled professionally and smoothly.

Wedding Coordinator ~ Fay Hovey of Aloha Maui Weddings ~ A-

Fay was great as a coordinator.  She listened to everything we wanted and made it happen.  What I liked best about her was that she always made me feel very special, and never like what I was asking for was any trouble at all. My only complaint was that sometimes she didn't answer my email right away, and I suspect that she didn't always get the the first time.  I think her email is a little bit unreliable.  Calling on the phone always worked better.

Officiant ~ Rev. Vance Rosete ~ A+
Amazing!!!  Everything we wanted and we didn't even know it!  All we asked for was an officiant who could perform a non-religious ceremony, with Hawaiian touches.  Vance performed a beautiful ceremony that had everyone both crying and laughing.  It was perfect!

Photographer ~ Dmitri Offergeld ~ A (so far!)
Haven't gotten photos yet (we just got back!), but as a photographer, he was professional and friendly.  He got every shot we asked for.  I can't wait to get the pics...I'm sure they'll be great!

Musician ~ Jamie Lawrence ~ A+
Such a great voice!  Jamie learned two songs just for us, as requested, and did them beautifully!  I loved how after the ceremony, while we were doing formal family photos, he sort of strolled around serenading our guests.  He stayed for the full hour we hired him for, even though the ceremony was only about 15 minutes.

DJ ~ Billy Arbour ~ A
He did a great job.  Sent us a song list a few weeks prior, and had us choose some favorites.  His list was extensive, and the few that we wanted that he didn't have, he found for us.  I liked how he announced us when we cam in after photos, and also made a few short announcement when it was time for the toasts, first dance, etc.  But otherwise, he stuck to the music, which is exactly what we wanted.  We didn't want a DJ who talked all night about getting people on the dance floor, and how cool he is (I've seen this before at other weddings).

Hair/Makeup ~ Shelly Young of Mariah's Mane ~ B+
I liked the hair and makeup a lot, but it seemed a bit rushed to me.  She came to my room about 15 minutes late (not a big deal) to do my mom and myself.  I absolutely loved what she did with my mom...she was stunning!  My makeup was great, but I did start to sweat it off after about an hour.  Hair was not quite exactly what I was hoping for, although it did look very nice (this is probably my fault, as I didn't have a trial).

Cake ~ Maui Wedding Cakes ~ A-
Tasted delicious!  I was hoping for more flowers on it, though, like the picture I had selected from their website.  Not sure if this is due to how many the florist sent over, though.

Rehearsal/Welcome Dinner ~ Old Lahaina Luau ~ A+

Wow!  What an amazing night!!!  Absolutely perfect as an icebreaker for the night before the wedding!  I'd never been to a luau before, so I have nothing to compare it to, but it was absolutely amazing!

Accommodations ~ Wailea Marriott Resort ~ A+
I absolutely LOVED this resort!  It was perfect for what we wanted.  A little quieter (not so many families as the Grand next door), and close to the oceanfront.  This hotel has the closest oceanfront rooms in Wailea.....our lanai was literally steps on the ocean (in Hale 7). The infinitely pool is beautiful, and the staff at this resort are so friendly!

Spa/Salon ~ Spa Grande at the Grand Wailea ~ A
The Spa (for their Terme and massage) is excellent!  We went there for a post-wedding couples massage that was the best I've ever had.  And their Terme baths are amazing!  I also went to their Salon for pre-wedding mani-pedi, but that was only okay.  While the Spa part is gorgeously designed, the Salon part (in a separate area) seemed a bit dated to me.

.....that's all I've got so far!!!
